Cancellation | If you must cancel your appointment, I ask that it be at least 4 hours before. If service is canceled with less than 4 hours notice, you are subject to a 100% charge based on the service scheduled. If we can reschedule that spot, we will not charge you. We do allow you to send someone else for your original appointed time to avoid the cancellation fee, but you must provide us with notice of the substitution. 
Tardiness | If you are running late, please notify me via phone to let me know you’re on your way. Please be aware that scheduling is firm. If you are late, you are only entitled to the availability of your booked time.
No Call/No Show| No call/no shows will incur a 100% of the scheduled service fee to compensate my time. I do not want to charge for services not rendered, so i ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible to make changes so that everyone’s time is respected.
